The Foothills Firecrackers

Pictured left is a group of young people who will make you proud to say you know them. They are "The Foothills Firecrackers Quadrille Team." The Firecrackers Team is made up of 22 young people ranging from the age of 12 to 19 who come from all over Johnson County. Their home arena is The Foothills Arena north of Clarksville on Highway 103. Within a very short time, caller Wayne Warren has taught the Firecrackers difficult equine drills and they have become a polished drill team. They use their equine skills to proudly display their Christian heritage and their patriotism for our country. They opened their season at the ARA Rodeo and Little Britches Rodeo and have shown off their equine abilities at the Fayetteville Equine Horse Festival in late March. If you would like to have them perform at your event, contact Cheryl Holland at 479-754-8215 or Marla Morris at 479-292-0379. Also, if you or your company would like to donate to this fine group of young people in their effort to represent Arkansas and Johnson County at the National Little Britches Rodeo Finals in Colorado, you may contact Diana Kruger at 479-292-0321 or Marla Morris.
