Johnson Regional Medical Center (JRMC) is a financially sound, progressive, acute care hospital. We are a not-for-profit institution and all reserves in excess of expenses are reinvested in enhanced health care for our community. In recent years several million dollars in new services and equipment have been added, including a helical CT, on-site MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and sophisticated laparoscopic surgery procedures. This progress was accomplished while maintaining some of the lowest charges in Arkansas. Although these services are not uncommon, they are not typically found in hospitals our size. New expansions include a new Critical Care Wing, Gero-Psychiatric Unit, and a new larger Physical Therapy Department. A 9,000 square foot Inpatient Physical Rehabilitation Unit is also available as we continuously work toward providing our community with the best possible health care. Our new 42,000 square foot expansion completed in 2005, provides a new Main Entrance leading to the enhanced Radiology, Emergency, and Surgical Services.
