2. Listings should include:

a) Name of company and address
b) Job description
c) Education requirements
d) Pay scale or salary range
e) Number of hours and shifts
f) Benefits
g) How to apply
h) Deadline for application

3. Members will e-mail, fax, mail or deliver information to Chamber two weeks prior (when possible) of date to be published. Information will be considered confidential and will not be released until publish date.

4. Chamber will publish on Clarksville-Johnson County Chamber of Commerce web page, workforce section, on date to be published (when received in time). Also will forward information to whatajob.com website (AEOE).

5. When position is filled, Company should notify Chamber immediately so job can be deleted, otherwise job will be deleted as close as possible after application deadline date from both sites.

6. To advertise listings Program the Chamber will:

a) Send Press Release to all area News media, including Arkansas Democrat Gazette.
b) Send program introduction and instructions to all Chamber members.
c) Add to member services list.
d) Include in yearly Directory information with address.
e) Include in all Relocation packages a copy of current job listings.
f) Advertise in high unemployment target markets as funds allow.
